Receivos now supports teams functionality, meaning you don't have to use shared credentials to access your account. Each individual member of your team gets their own login and password. If you already have a Receivos account, you can add your organization name in the profile settings page in order to unlock this new functionality.
For new accounts, after signing up, you can immediately start managing your team. You can invite new members, assign roles, and remove members that are no longer on your team.
Invite people to your account
To add users to an organization, simply provide an email, assigned a role, and they will receive an email invite. Once they accept, they’ll create an account and become part of your Receivos organization with the predefine permissions (each added user will incur a billable seat at the same subscription level as the account owner).
Account roles permissions
Account roles let you define what a user can and can’t do, depending on need. You can switch these roles on existing team members or send and invitation with a pre-defined role that gets automatically applied to every new team member who creates an account.
Account roles include:
Owner: Creator of the organization account, who has total control over the entire organization, including full access to organization data, billing, and user management (invite and delete all users).
Manager: Can oversee team operations, invite and delete manager or member users, and can manage member expenses & contacts. Cannot access billing or perform certain account owner responsibilities.
Member: Standard user's who can upload, view, and manage their own personal expenses and contacts. Cannot manage other users.
Accountant: Has access to the organization expenses for company-wide financial reconciliation. Cannot alter billing, manage contacts, invite or delete any user.
