1. Email Forwarding Connection
Receivos users can now forward digital receipts and business cards, whether as images or attachments, directly to their organization's account. This seamless connection ensures all digital expenses and contacts are captured instantly, eliminating the dependency for physical paper records.
2. QuickBooks Online Integration
Users can connect their personal or organizational QuickBooks account to Receivos. This integration automatically sends published receipts and extracted data fields straight to QuickBooks, reducing repetitive data entry for the user and simplifying record management for their team.
3. CRM Integration
Gathering business cards at trade shows and networking events is an everyday occurrence, but manually entering contact details into a CRM post-event is time-consuming. With Receivos' CRM Integration, published cards and extracted data fields are automatically transferred directly to HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM, eliminating manual entry redundancy and saving users valuable time.
4. Bank Transaction Integration
Matching receipts with transactions is essential for ensuring all qualifying expenses are accounted for. The Bank Transaction Integration allows users to connect participating financial accounts directly into Receivos, giving them the flexibility to match receipts to transactions automatically or manually based on their expense preferences.
