Skipping the app stores and making it accessible from any device (desktop, tablet, and mobile), regardless of brand or OS. This helps customers get more value for their investment, immediately being available to capture expenses or vehicle distance traveled when outside of the office, helping with larger end of year deductions, and helping the business keep all expense records in one centralized place.
Simplified Navigation
Previously, Receivos customers saw a bottom navigation bar design that allowed for quick toggles between expenses (receipts & vehicle travel) and contacts (business cards) when using the solution on mobile. Now, customers will see a side panel bar that keeps the same ease of navigation but saves time in finding essential functionality and aligns with user expectation.
Expense Dashboard
Knowing how much the business is spending is an essential foundation of expense management for business success and a good indicator and measure of profit for a customer at the end of the year. The new UI makes the ability to see spending habits easy, by having a dedicated page to view expenses by receipt or travel. Customers are able to share reports with essential personnel or download for quarterly reviews.
